Building Requirements

As a homeowner or builder planning to build within Property Owners Association at The Ridge, you are required to follow the building guidelines and restrictions as laid out in the document below. 

Home builders must submit plans in triplicate to the Architectural Control Committee (the "ACC") for review and approval PRIOR TO BREAKING GROUND. 

Plans should include interior layouts and exterior elevations, with listed building materials and their percentages to be used, and proposed exterior colors. Landscaping plans should also be submitted for each lot. The ACC will do their best to approve plans within a timely manner, but no longer than 30 days, as specified in the restrictive covenants governing the neighborhood.
