Payment Requirement: All fees for services rendered are payable in full and in advance. No credit facilities are provided, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Third-Party Readings: Third-party readings are not permitted as this is unethical. Should you need more information Please discuss with Yvonne.

Any guidance offered during the session is not intended to substitute professional legal, medical, or financial consultation. Yvonne shall bear no liability for any legal, medical, or financial interpretations or advice sought during consultations.

Communication with Deceased Individuals: While every effort will be made to establish communication with loved ones who have passed, there can be no assurance that specific individuals will make contact. Decisions on whether to come forward rest entirely with the spirit and are beyond the control of the medium. Your understanding and patience in this regard are appreciated.

Cancellations, Late Arrivals, and Rescheduling: If a client is late or cancels, no refunds will be given. Clients are allowed one reschedule, which must be arranged in advance.

Mode of Service: For safety and security reasons, all readings and services are conducted exclusively via WhatsApp.
