As a seasoned professional with over 16 years of diverse experience, Jhiro currently serves as a Licensed Insurance Broker and Founder of The Prosper Project PH — a movement that empowers young professionals to build financial confidence, plan with purpose, and prosper in all aspects of life.

He is also a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education and a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT), a foundation that strengthened his passion for teaching, mentoring, and empowering others. 

He guides clients in financial planning, education funding, retirement preparation, and estate strategies — helping them build security and confidence for every stage of life.

Beyond financial consultancy, he brings over a decade of experience in operations management, customer success, and strategic relationship-building, delivering solutions that are both results-driven and deeply personal.

His career has also encompassed leadership roles in customer success and sales management, where he streamlined operations, enhanced client experiences, and led cross-functional teams to achieve measurable growth.
