Who we are

The Progressive Liberal Party is a Balzi forward-looking left wing political movement. We were established on July 7, 2022; a few days after Balzi gained self rule from Renderfeit. Balzi, alongside being an independent community, we are proud to be the oldest political party in the nation and one of its two major political parties.

We were formally the Liberal Party of Balzi. However in December 2024, we decided to finally embrace our vision for the liberal policies we champion, and we opted for a more fitting title: the Progressive Liberal Party.

Our movement was registered to unite the people irrespective of any tribalism based governance to democratically bring about a change in the society. With the new vision, “Together for a Better Future", the fight continues for a Balzi which is free, fair and moves forward.
