Welcome to The Photographer’s Guild. By accessing or using our website and photography services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or using our services.

1. Services Offered

The Photographer’s Guild provides professional photography services, including but not limited to:

• Portrait photography

• Wedding photography

• Family and group photography

• Corporate and individual headshots

• Event photography

All services are subject to availability and require advance booking. Customized packages may be available upon request.

2. Booking and Payment

• All photography sessions must be scheduled in advance.

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.

• Full payment is typically due on or before the day of the session unless otherwise agreed.

• Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, or digital payment platforms (if applicable).

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for arriving on time and being prepared for their scheduled session.

• If the client arrives late, the session may be shortened, or rescheduled at the photographer’s discretion.

• Clients are expected to treat all studio equipment and spaces with respect.

• The Photographer’s Guild is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items during the session.

4. Image Delivery and Usage

• Edited digital images will be delivered within the agreed timeframe, typically 1–3 weeks after the session.

• Final images are selected and edited by the photographer. Raw or unedited files are not provided.

• The Photographer’s Guild retains the copyright to all images unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients are granted personal, non-commercial rights to print and share their images.

• Commercial usage or resale of images without written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Photographer Rights

• We reserve the right to use images for marketing, portfolio, website, or social media purposes, unless the client explicitly requests in writing that their images remain private.

• The Photographer’s Guild reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for behavior that is inappropriate, threatening, or violates these terms.

6. Liability

• While we take great care during each session, The Photographer’s Guild is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during your photography session or while on the premises.

• In the rare event of equipment failure, accident, or other unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a refund of the session fee or a rescheduled session.

7. Website Use

• All content on our website (text, images, graphics) is the property of The Photographer’s Guild and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

• You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that may harm our business or reputation.

8. Changes to Terms

The Photographer’s Guild reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services or website indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
