Businesses access consented candidates only.

TPN does not guarantee candidate suitability or employment outcomes.

Businesses remain fully responsible for hiring decisions and legal compliance.

4. Payment Terms

Payment, if agreed, occurs only after successful placement.

Free services may apply as per individual agreements.

Payment is for advisory/support services only, not for securing a job.

TPN assumes no liability for employment outcomes, legal disputes, or workplace matters.

All decisions and actions by individuals or businesses are their sole responsibility.

6. Modifications
