This glyph works perfectly just like the blue ice block would.

It can be summoned one way at the moment, which is by tapping on any block and blue ice will appear on top, replacing the block if it has one.

And soon a new way to summon it will be added, which would be that when pressing the right click in the air, the glyph would launch ice spikes, like projectiles.
