There is a deposit required prior to booking your appointment and will be applied to your total at check out!
Our salon is a private salon designed to promote a more personalized experience for each client.
Please note every new client is required to complete a consultation form. This form will ask various questions such as health history and nail care goals. This form is vital to ensure your manicurist provides the best quality care for you.
If you have any form of fungus or infections we will recommend you seek a professional doctor like a podiatrist. We reserve the right to decline services to prevent spreading to our clients.
Additional Guest Policy
Please note due to our studio being private and small we prefer you come alone to your appointment.
We have a 1 guest limit, however, please consult with the Salon prior to your visit to ensure there will be space for your +1 and that other appointments aren't in session with other nail specialists.
If there is more than 1 guest with you for your appointment unfortunately we will not permit them in the studio.
Our Code of Conduct
The Oasis of Nails is committed to providing a safe environment for all.
We will not allow:
Violence and/or hostile behavior/actions, rude or vulgar language, hurting anyone, weapons of any kind, or any form of disrespect to our team and staff.
Anyone exhibiting these behaviors will be asked to leave.
We reserve the right to decline services or discontinue services to clients without explanation.
Cancellation Policy
The Oasis of Nails has a 24 hour cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call the salon directly at 267-331-8131 within 24 hours or visit our online booking system.
There is a 50% charge to your credit card for no-shows and cancellations less than 24 hours.
If you know days in advance you cannot make it to your appointment please call us sooner and prior to 24 hours. This allows us to open up your cancellation stop and give other clients an opportunity to book.
No Show Policy
If you no show up 2 times we will remove you from our books and you will no longer be permitted to receive or book services from us.
It is vital for you to contact us within 24 hours of your appointment if you cannot make it.
If you no show and miss your appointment- There is a 50% charge to your credit card for no-shows and cancellations less than 24 hours.
Our Guarantee
We want our clients to leave happy, refreshed and satisfied. We guarantee our work for 24 hours. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can repair, fix or redo at no additional cost.
Lateness Policy
We offer only a 5 minute grace period.
6 to 10 minutes late we will ask you to downgrade your service.
If you are 11 minutes late or more we will have to cancel and reschedule your appointment. You will be charged 50% of your service missed.

Parking Policy
Please plan to leave your home a few minutes early to have time to find parking. Parking is STREET parking only.
You can park on the main avenue known as Wyoming Ave or you can park on the side street known as Tampa St.
To access Tampa St., you would need to be on Whitaker Ave and either bare left or right depending on which way you are taking into Courtland St. Once you are on Courtland St. you will see a stop sign and you will bare left onto Tampa St. You will then drive down the block where you will see our Sign on your right side next to the drive way.
We are not responsible for any parking issues, tickets, or tows.
Payments & Gratuity
We accept payments via cash, credit cards, Venmo, and/or Cash App at this time.
Gratuity is optional however is strongly encouraged. You can tip your nail specialist, cash, Venmo, cash app, or apple pay. We do not accept tip on cards at this moment.
Refunds
We do not issue refunds for any services provided. We strive to deliver high-quality services to our clients. We have a 24-hour guarantee of our work and will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation within the 24-hour time frame.
