High School Summer Research
The NJCSTM Group Summer Scholars Research Program (GSSRP) is a 6-week hands-on research experience aimed at attracting and developing talented high school students who are interested in pursuing an education in STEM. Participants work alongside faculty and staff on cutting-edge research projects, conducting original and authentic experiments in Analytical Chemistry, Virtual Reality & Scientific Visualization, Microbiology, Cancer Biology, Computational Mathematics, Developmental Biology and Modern Drug Discovery. Participants gain valuable technical skills and research experience and learn to work as part of a research team.
