Cannabis Information: All cannabis-related discussions are strictly informational. We do not provide medical, legal, or consumption recommendations, nor do we suggest or encourage any specific actions.

Call Recording: All calls are recorded for quality assurance, training, and safety purposes. By participating in a call, you consent to this recording. Our calls are not shared with anyone outside of Natural Call LLC. with the exception of law enforcement upon request for specific legal purposes.

  Rules & Guidelines - To ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone, all clients must agree to the following rules and guidelines: 

  Respectful Communication: Treat our team and other clients with courtesy and respect at all times. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate language will not be tolerated. 

  Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and expect you to respect the privacy of our team. Sharing personal information outside the call is strictly prohibited. 

  No Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice: Our team does not provide professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Please seek qualified professionals for such needs. 

  Cannabis Information Only: All cannabis-related calls are for informational purposes only. We cannot legally provide recommendations, suggestions, or endorsements regarding cannabis use or products.

  Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use our services. 

  Scheduled Calls: Please be punctual for your scheduled call. Missed appointments may be subject to our cancellation policy. Consent to Recording: By using our service, you acknowledge and consent to the recording of your call for quality assurance, training, and safety. 

  Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these guidelines or engages in inappropriate behavior. By scheduling and participating in a call, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these disclaimers, rules, and guidelines. 

  Cancellation Policy - We understand that plans can change. Please review our policy to help us serve you and other clients efficiently:

1. Flexible Cancellation Window You may cancel your appointment at any time up to 12 hour before your scheduled call without any penalty.

2. To cancel or reschedule, simply send us an email at TheNaturalCall@gmail.com, or call/text and leave a message at (844) 438-1444.

3. If you need to reschedule, there is no charge as long as you contact us before the 12 hour window prior to your appointment.

4. Late Cancellations & No-Shows - If you cancel or request to reschedule within 12 hour of your appointment, or if you do not attend your scheduled call, you will be charged 100% of your session fee.

5. We know that emergencies can happen. If you experience a genuine emergency, please reach out as soon as you can. We may make exceptions to this policy at our discretion.
