Personailty: Azhar is a very confidant and egotistic young boy with a big kind heart who has extreme loyalty with his friends and teachers, he is a very jolly person to be around with a loud and cheerful personality and has a kind heart that even if he disagrees with you he will respect you, so if he actually hates you and loses respect for you he will do everything to make sure to help you and treat you with kindness.
Azhar is overly self-assured and believes he is smarter than everyone else. Everyone knows this because of his perfect report cards and straight A+, which are fantastic, but he is so self-assured that he talks about himself far too much without realizing it. He becomes so egotistical that he may grow jealous of someone more accomplished than him, and as a result, taunts his victims. But deep down in his heart he understands they are just people who are better than him and he doesn't hate them at all; he only dislikes their accomplishment, not the person themselves. So, even if they are disrespected, he would defend them with heroism, just as Azhar has turned himself from a bully to a hero for whatever reason (attempting to defend his own Victim?!). Everyone thinks he's an egotistical bully, while some think he's a lovely person with a big heart, but in the end, everyone's interruptions decide whether he's an asshole or not..
Summary: Azhar bullies Sophia and her friends Amadeo and Akeyla because of their high achievements and successes out of extreme jealousy, but after learning about the drug lord accusation, he believes Sophia isn't the drug lord and feels like he knows Sophia would never do this ever and actually wants to help Sophia but knows he can't because Sophia wouldn't trust Azhar to help her anyway.
Apart from Harvey, who is unaware of the relationship between Azhar and Sophia, he wouldn't have faith that Harvey would support Sophia, but as a whole he somehow relates to being hated by everyone at school and, from bonding with Harvey's friendship, he knows that, at his core, Harvey is a good person who needs to sort himself out. As a result, Harvey instructs him to assist with his homework assignments in order to support Sophia and prevent him from getting in trouble with his parents and teachers. Harvey respects Azhar's privacy and expresses gratitude for his assistance. He is also considering giving Azhar something in return in appreciation for finishing his homework. Harvey is unsure of why Azhar doesn't want Sophia to know that he is actually helping him or him becoming friends with Azhar.
" In life, you lose everything and you can't get it back no matter how hard you try, occasionally yeah you catch it but generally you lost everything. But who knows, you might get something. If it's good or terrible, even if it's something you don't like, just deal with it—just try to be good the next time till you end up getting something good that you may appreciate, and if others who do see you don't like it, then they have no control over what they do because you received it. "
He is friends with Beatrix due to her intelligence he helps her with her assignments and bonds with her really well (unlike her friend Sadie). Beatrix is aware of everyone's harsh opinions about him, but she knows Azhar is a good person who is misunderstood because of a healthy friendship between her and Azhar.
Azhar is aware that Sadie is a toxic friend to Beatrix and does his utmost to advise her to cut Sadie off, but no matter what he says or tries, Beatrix will always stay with Sadie, therefore he hasn't given up yet.
Azhar is that way since his family neglected him because of the success of their other child, which spurred him to become better at everything and try to prove to his parents that he is better than their favorited golden Child's success, but it wasn't enough for his parents to love him. As a coping mechanism, he tries to prove and claim he is the smartest person than everyone else to decree his low-self-esteem, which resulted in him losing friends and people disliking him. He knows that his actions may have harmed everyone and respects his friends' choices, nevertheless he believes his reason is valid to act this way.
Except for sports and art, he excels in all subjects.
