Payment & security Refundable Policy

This money is vital for the landlord as the amount is set aside for unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the tenancy. For instance, if the tenant does not follow the rental agreement and causes damage to the property or does not pay the rent, then the landlord can use the security deposit for repairs or rental compensation.

• Security Money will adjust after 6 month only 

• If anything found damage to the property we will adjust security with the security money

• If anything found damage to the property including light fan cooler table chair bed etc...

• Security will not be refunded
