Services :
Presentations: Presenters share personal stories of changed lives with a question-and-answer time included.
Trainings:
Restorative Justice: Participants will be provided with the basic tenets of restorative justice and its impacts
Active Listening: Participants will be instructed with thorough explanations and demonstrations of listening skills and includes a roleplaying practice session.
Behavioral Interventions: Participants will be introduced to interventions to curb negative behavior to include incentives utilization and sanctions for undesired behaviors.
Conflict Resolution: Participants will learn to utilize conflict resolution skills to include mediation, peer support, self-expression, understanding others and prioritizing.
Sharing your Story: Participants will be taught the basics of public speaking and guided in organizing their life stories into a shareable format. The session concludes with the presentation.
Consultations: Youth Correctional Facilities, Restorative Justice, Behavioral Intervention and Incentive systems, Life Change and Creating Public Speaking Groups
