The music's influence

exercised on us

Music has powers over our physique, psyche and soul, which we do not yet fully understand. No matter how happy, nervous or sad you are, it always helps you. It can amplify or reduce these feelings and heal you in any way. Everyone noticed how in everyday life, music changed his mood, making him rethink his entire behavior depending on the song heard that day and the feelings produced by it. You can control the emotions of an entire room, an entire stadium full of people, just with the music you play and what it conveys.

I don't know if music has always existed, but if it didn't, I feel sorry for those who lived in the period when it didn't exist.Music is the emotion in the search for words. Music represents the humans; without it, the movie of life is completely ... speechless. Music does not need a specific concept, nor rules, nor an ideal - it is born from the need of people not to feel alone. Because music fills both the silence and the noise. Because music changes things and it changes itself, but it remains the same unifying force. For each one of us, music is something different, it can be just a sound, a chord of an instrument with too tight strings or the warm voice of a child. It can be anything you hear and it sends you an emotion. For some, even the voice of a simple person is music.

Every man has his repertoire: a sum of songs that define him and with which he defines the world around him. We all have a playlist with our favorite songs, which take us back to old and buried memories. That playlist is the only bridge to them, and whether or not you listen to it determines your day. This, music leaves its mark - more or less decisive - on each of us.

A certain musician whose name probably sounds familiar to you has stated a very interesting thing about music, namely that A quick way to destroy a society is through its music. Hmm...John Lennon probably had a pretty radical perception of music. An even better known personality, Aristotle, simply said that music has the power to shape character. And he really didn't lie.

What if I told you that music doesn't just affect people? Would you believe us? Do you know the cows in grandpa's yard? It was found that classical music increases their milk production, while rock music decreases it. Also, the flowers in your aunt's pot? Yes, they also grow twice as fast if they "listen" to classical music. Here you can see that different genres of music also have different effects.

Moreover, going back to us, humans, the effects of music on our mood are very easy to see, without much effort. Our feelings fluctuate, they ascend and then they drop to the floor, all of a sudden - an endless roller-coaster. One measure, one verse, and you feel everything you felt the first time you listened to that song, your heart beats alongside the melody and your body starts moving involuntarily. Music's beneficial effect on neural functions was first studied in Richard Brocklesby's treatise called ”Reflections on the Power of Music”, which appeared in the eighteenth century. People became curiouser and curiouser about these wonders caused by music and discovered its main contributions. Through the neural connections between the different regions of the brain responsible for the onset of pain and those associated with relaxation, it has been found that music reduces pain. And not only the physical one, as we have seen from our own experiences...For those who procrastinate until the last moment, yes, it has been discovered that music can increase your productivity, and, on top of that, your ability to concentrate, too.

Our brain is much more interesting, in addition to the connections and functions it performs, it produces frequencies that depend on its activity. Brain activity can be stimulated by the famous binaural waves, which were once on the brink of being banned for "altering" the mood. But music is not limited to man-made music. Everything is interconnected through sound. It extends to the whole universe, the planets themselves sing their own symphony, having, in turn, frequencies that can be difficult to perceive.

Probably, after all this, we can say that music was created and discovered over time, but the sounds around us have always been there, helping us get through the tough times in our lives, being a shoulder to cry on when in need and a friend to dance and laugh with, all at the same time.
