The Loft Signature Experience is a private, all-inclusive gathering designed for effortless hosting and includes:

• Exclusive use of The Loft for 3 hours

• Full décor and styling, including vintage furniture, china, and seasonal floral arrangements

• Curated high tea luncheon with tiered trays of sandwiches and sweets

• Tea and coffee station and an elegantly presented mocktail

• Styled photo-op space

• On-site hosting throughout your event

• Complete setup and cleanup

Can I rent the space only?

Yes! Rental-only events include exclusive access to the Loft, furniture, décor, and photo-op spaces.

Food and beverages are not included with rental-only bookings.

What is the style and feel of the space?

The Loft offers a warm, rustic, boutique-inspired setting. The space is thoughtfully styled to feel relaxed, elegant, and effortless, with vintage furniture, china, and seasonal garden floral touches.

Are there any physical or seasonal limitations?

• The Loft is a century-old barn; there is no heating or air conditioning, and access is by stairs only (no elevator).

• The venue is available seasonally from May through November, weather permitting, with limited dates each season.
