Kitebound Ventures respects your privacy. The Lie Atlas: Case Zero — The Twelve-Minute Bell is designed to operate offline and does not require an account.
2. Data We Collect or Share
The app does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal or sensitive user data with Kitebound Ventures or third parties.
The app does not include advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, account, cloud-sync, or social-login services.
The Android version does not require Internet access for normal gameplay.
3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device
The app stores information locally on your device so that the game can function. This may include:
- game save and progression data;
- settings and preferences; and
- local gameplay-state or diagnostic/event information used by the game.
This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to Kitebound Ventures or third parties.
4. Data Security
Because the app does not transmit personal or sensitive user data to Kitebound Ventures, there is no remote user-data account or server-side user profile associated with the app.
Locally stored game information is kept within the application's device storage and is subject to the security protections provided by the Android operating system and your device.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored game information remains on your device until it is removed through normal device or app-management actions.
You can delete the app's locally stored information by clearing the app's storage/data in Android settings or by uninstalling the app.
Kitebound Ventures does not maintain a server-side copy of this information and therefore has no remote personal-data record to delete.
6. Children's Privacy
The app is not designed to collect personal information from children or other users. Because the app does not collect or transmit personal or sensitive user data, Kitebound Ventures does not knowingly maintain personal information about children through the app.
7. Third Parties
The app does not use third-party advertising, analytics, account, cloud-sync, or social-login services that collect user data on behalf of the app.
Google Play and the Android operating system may independently process information in connection with downloading, installing, updating, licensing, security, or operation of apps. Those activities are governed by the applicable Google and Android terms and privacy policies and are not data collected by The Lie Atlas itself.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
If the app's data practices change in a future version, this privacy policy will be updated to reflect those changes before or when the changed version is released, as appropriate.
