Open Mats at The Lab

THE LAB OPEN MAT FORMAT

• 4:15-5:45 PM ON SUNDAYS

• MUST sign waiver before entering

• Limited to 60 wrestlers

• $10 payable upon arrival (Zelle & Venmo)

• Doors open at 4:00 PM

• Guided Warm-up starts at 4:15 PM

• 4:30 Running Clocks begin- 6:00 intervals with 2:00 minute breaks- 9 TOTAL 6:00 intervals

• Wrestle live, drill, spar- WRESTLER'S CHOICE

• Coaches circulating to ensure safety

• Grades 7th-12th
