I’m Vicky Ramchandra Kudu, a chef and food entrepreneur from Virar with over 11 years of experience in the restaurant, café, and hotel industry. My journey in the food world wasn’t easy — it was built with years of struggle, sleepless nights, failures, and unstoppable determination to create something truly special for my city.
The Juice Bar & Cafe was born from that fire. What started as a small dream soon turned into a community spot — where flavors meet freshness, and where every customer is treated like family. From squeezing fresh fruits behind the counter to experimenting with recipes, I’ve learned that true success comes from hard work, consistency, and love for what you do.
Running a restaurant is never simple — there were times when challenges felt impossible. But every setback became a lesson, every difficulty a stepping stone.
