Refunds

These terms of service outline the conditions under which we provide products or services with no refunds. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and accept the following 

1. No Refunds: Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. No refunds will be offered for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product or service, change of mind, or technical issues where the game could be closed due to a various reasons.

2. Clear Understanding: You agree that you have thoroughly reviewed the product or service description, features, and specifications. You understand what is being offered and have no false or misguided expectations.

3. Technical and Compatibility Issues: We strive to ensure our products and services work as intended, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every device, software, or operating system. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchasing.

4. User Responsibility: You are responsible for correctly assessing your needs and choosing the appropriate product or service. We are not liable for any misunderstanding, incorrect selection, or failure to meet expectations on your part.

5. Service Discontinuation: While we make every effort to provide ongoing support, there may be instances where a product or service is discontinued or no longer supported. In such cases, no refunds will be given. 

Respect and Behaviour

  1. Be Respectful: Avoid racism, homophobia, and offensive behaviour.

  2. No Offensive Language: Refrain from using slurs.

  3. Keep it Clean: Don't post NSFW content.

  4. No Spamming: Avoid excessive, repetitive messages.

Bans and Moderation

  1. No Ban Evasion: If you're banned, use the Ban Appeal Server for a chance to be unbanned.

  2. Accurate Reports Only: Submit legitimate reports about admins or moderators.

  3. Avoid Pinging Staff: Pinging @Chief Butter , @Bio-T or staff can result in a permanent ban.

Communication and Voice Chat

  1. Respect Voice Chat: Don't engage in ear-piercing noise in voice chats.

  2. Contact Staff Properly: Refrain from DMing staff; use Discord for inquiries.

  3. No Asking for Roles: Requesting roles will result in a temporary timeout.

  4. No Reply Pings: Disable reply pings; they're disruptive if not essential.

Moderation-Related Rules

  1. Follow the Code: Comply with the game's code of conduct, read the rules, and report issues.

  2. No Self-Promotion: This isn't a platform for advertising.

  3. No Unwanted Requests: Don't ask for mod or admin roles; wait for official applications.

  4. No Game Rip-Offs: Don't create games too similar to Cube Runners.

  5. No Rip-Off Games: Creating games heavily inspired by Cube Runners is prohibited.

  6. Restrictions on @Chat Revive : Only mods can ping it to revive chat.

Content and Creative Work

  1. Original Art: Don't steal or copy others' art; create your own.

  2. Image Perms Guidelines: Don't send strange images; maintain common sense.

Language and Behavior

  1. Language: Communicate in English to aid moderation.

  2. No Inappropriate Discussions: Avoid sexual discussions, especially involving minors.

  3. Emoji Abuse: Don't overuse certain emojis, as it's become bothersome.

  4. Filter Bypass: Avoid bypassing filters, which could lead to a permanent ban.

  5. False Warnings: Don't post false warnings; let moderators handle it.

Miscellaneous Rules

  1. Impersonation Warning: Avoid impersonating others as it can lead to serious issues.

  2. Ticket Creation: Only create tickets for legitimate issues with evidence.

  3. Link Clicking Caution: Don't click suspicious links; only YouTube links from ⁠Unknown are allowed..

  4. Rule Interpretation: Don't attempt to exploit rule wording; follow the spirit of the rules.

  5. Gartic Phone: Play it on Discord with a mod in the voice chat; the website is no longer allowed.

Sensitive and Inappropriate Topics

  1. No Doxing: Avoid sharing personal information or discussing hacking techniques.

  2. Avoiding Doxing Topics: Keep conversations related to doxing, hacking, and IP leaks private.

  3. No Drug Talk: Avoid discussions related to illegal drugs.

  4. Sensitive Topics: Keep discussions appropriate and sensitive, or take them to private messages.

  5. No Guilt Tripping: Don't bring emotional issues into the server; reach out to trusted friends.

  6. No Sexual Behaviour: Avoid sexual behaviour or discussions, even in drawings.

  7. Age-Checking Restrictions: Leave age-checking to the moderators; no mockery.
