The Pirate Articles
1. The Founder of the Inland Pirate Kingdom is the Monarch. They may veto decisions if they find them contrary to the values of the Kingdom.
2. Decisions are to be made by direct democracy.
3. The Inland Pirate Kingdom is founded as a progressive libertarian constitutional monarchy.
4. The flag of the Inland Pirate Kingdom shall be quartered into black and white, with a caltrop symbolising Defiance, a ship symbolising Liberty, a green branch symbolising Humanity and an anchor symbolising Stability
5. The national dress of the Inland Pirate Kingdom is pirate costume.
6. The national holidays of the Inland Pirate Kingdom are Speak Like A Pirate Day (19th September), April Fools’ Day (1st April), Easter, Earth Day (22nd April), May the Fourth (4th May), Friendship Day (15th June), Halloween (31st October), Christmas (25th December)
7. The Inland Pirate Kingdom does not have an official language. However, British English is favoured over American English, and in communications with other micronations, Pirate Speak is used.
8. The mascot of the Inland Pirate Kingdom shall be Jack Sparrow

10. The national sport of the Inland Pirate Kingdom shall be Shot Put
12. The Inland Pirate Kingdom does not ally with fascist nations (and their allies), other extreme right-wing nations, or micronations that serve as unofficial puppets for macronations.
Convention on Civil Rights
Article 1. Freedom of Speech: Absolute freedom of speech shall be guaranteed in cases of mature and constructive criticism directed at any person, institution, or idea.
Article 2. Freedom of Belief and Opinion: Every individual has the right to hold their own beliefs and opinions on any subject and to freely express them.
Article 3. Civic Participation: Every citizen has the right to participate in and influence the political life of their state through lawful means.
Article 4. Prohibition of Political Censorship: The state shall not censor any content solely on the grounds that it is inconvenient, unfavorable, or critical of the state or its authorities.
Article 5. Limits of Censorship: Content may only be subject to censorship if it is vulgar or violates commonly accepted standards of decency.
War Limitation Act:
The Inland Pirate Kingdom will only consider warfare if it or an ally comes under real attack. 'Real attack' is defined as an attack that poses a legitimate threat to the micronation, such as proven hacking or doxxing. Insults, empty or unrealistic threats (e.g. I will nuke you), LARP wars, or declarations of war that do not result in tangible effects will be ignored by the Inland Pirate Kingdom as unserious.
