“Baggage, Burdens & Labels: A Game Called Life” and “The Actor, The Producer & The Person”

These are not just games — they are immersive, healing journeys designed to transform mindsets, release pain, and ignite personal growth. Rooted in spiritual guidance, trauma-informed practices, and real-world application, these signature coaching experiences are uniquely crafted to help individuals confront their truth, release emotional weight, and walk into their purpose.

Game 1: “Baggage, Burdens & Labels: A Game Called Life”

Overview:

This powerful, beta-tested interactive experience is designed for individuals navigating emotional pain, trauma, mental stagnation, or spiritual exhaustion. Participants are guided through a healing exercise that symbolizes the weight we carry — both our own and what we’ve taken on from others.

How It’s Played:

• Participants each begin the game with symbolic “baggage, burdens, and labels” — written on cards, tags, or physical props representing trauma, identity struggles, grief, fear, etc.

• Redeemer (a selected participant) walks the room collecting these weights from each person. As they do so, they carry a mask with hidden words, symbolizing how much we often hide behind silence, shame, or strength.

• At the halfway point, the Instructor ( “The Savior” figure) steps in to offer the Redeemer a choice:

1. Continue to carry everyone’s burdens alone, or

2. Allow spiritual and communal support to help complete the journey.

3. The Redeemer resumes their journey, but now with the understanding of shared healing. As they take burdens from others, they say:

“Thank you for entrusting me with your baggage, burdens, and labels. I relieve you of your trials and tribulations, and I carry them as my own to the finish line.”

At the final stage, the Redeemer stands before a mirror. A light is shined on their mask, revealing hidden words — “Not the Real Me.”

This moment represents revelation: we often wear the pain of others, hide behind strength, and suppress our own needs.

The Breakthrough Moment:

The Redeemer is then given a sacred choice:

• Release what they’ve carried — for themselves and others

• Ask for help

• Let go of control

• Or continue as they were

Participants are invited to reflect, journal, and express how it felt to release the weight, to be seen, and to accept help.

Game 2: “The Actor, The Producer & The Person”

Overview:

This second coaching experience is a first-hand theatrical approach to self-awareness, identity recovery, and mindset coaching. Participants explore their own life story by stepping into three roles: The Actor, The Producer, and The Person — giving them clarity on how they live, lead, and love.

How It’s Played:

• Each participant is asked to select a key experience or ongoing life challenge.

• They are then guided through each of the following roles:

The Actor

• You play the role you’ve been given in life — the version of yourself you show to others.

• You explore your reactions, behavior, and how you perform under pressure, pain, or protection.

• This part reveals masks, survival habits, and emotional walls.

The Producer

• You take a step back and view your life as a script you’ve written or allowed to be written.

• You examine your choices, environments, boundaries, and influence.

• This is where you learn you have the power to revise, re-direct, or cast new roles in your story.

The Person

• You now step fully into your authentic self— the one behind the trauma, labels, expectations, or pain.

• This moment allows deep reflection and healing, helping you ask:

“Who am I when no one is watching?”

“What do I really want?”

“How do I begin again from truth?”

The Breakthrough Moment:

Participants are often emotionally moved as they confront themselves from multiple angles. They learn how their current roles may be harming or limiting them, and how to reclaim authorship over their story.
