• 博士后

岗位要求: 

1. 即将或已经获得化学类博士学位，具有从事自由基化学、可见光催化化学、金属有机、有机合成方法学或天然产物全合成的研究经历，在国际知名期刊上以第一作者发表过研究论文；

2. 熟练掌握有机合成化学相关知识，有较强独立研究工作的能力，具有较好的中英文科技论文阅读和写作能力，协助PI管理实验室和项目申报；

3. 对科研工作抱有激情，工作勤奋踏实，具备团队协作精神。

待遇:

1. 年薪可达30W；

• Postdoctoral Fellowship

Requirements for Postdoctoral Candidates:

1. Applicants who have or will soon graduate with a Ph.D., should have a research background in radical chemistry, synthetic chemistry or total synthesis, alreay published research articles in good journals;

2. Proficient in synthetic chemistry, possessing strong independent research capabilities. Able to assist the PI in managing the laboratory and preparing project proposals.

3. Passion for Science, Hard-Working, Team Work.

We could offer:

1. Annual salary of up to 300,000 RMB;

• 助理研究员（事业编制）

• Research Assisstant Professor

Requirements for Research Assisstand Professor

1. Hold a Ph.D. degree in organic chemistry with postdoctoral research experience, specializing in research areas such as radical chemistry, organometallic chemistry, synthetic organic methodology. Have a track record of publishing research papers as the first author in renowned journals；

2. Proficient in synthetic chemistry, possessing strong independent research capabilities. Able to assist the PI in managing the laboratory and preparing project proposals；

3. Passion for Science, Hard-Working, Team Work.
