In all honesty, I found it funny to think of "Gay" as a verb instead of as a noun. You can teach someone how to drive, can you learn how to gay?
And yes I know "be gay" would probably be the correct English, but I like the idea of gay as a catch all term. And I thought it was catchy.
Before the Honesty Optimism Whimsy closing, I used to say "We'll get it right next time," this was based off of a fortune cookie that said something to the extent of "the first step is the hardest step to take" and I realized you have to take the plunge. You have to at least try once. Even if the first step is messy, each consecutive step will get better and easier. So in the next episode, things would get more correct.
I ended up ditching the saying because it made it sound like each episode recorded I deemed was "messy" and I didn't like the connotation that I produced messy content. So it got changed.
I love guests, I believe that people can grow and evolve from interacting with anyone. So yeah, I'd love to have you on.
Right now it's an audio only podcast, so we just set up an appointment and we can record!
Message me on social media, or email me. I'll just confirm that you/your product are a fit for the podcast and we'll schedule something.
Hahaha. I like explaining this more for friends and close people who see me while I travel, but I run The Westcliff Brothers instagram. It's a brotherhood of pandas I've had since I was a child.
The basic premise is that I travel alone a lot these days, and it's nice to have a companion. There's more to the story, but I'll get to it in a future time.
