7. Delivery Clause

The Himalayan Bites shall not be held directly responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party delivery services.
However, we will ensure reasonable support and assistance to resolve the concern.

8. Operating Hours for Refund Requests

All refund-related queries must be raised between 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Requests received outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.

9. Policy Misuse

In case of false claims or misuse of the refund policy, The Himalayan Bites reserves the right to decline future orders or take necessary action.

10. Final Decision

The Himalayan Bites reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund claims.
