That was the longest train ride of your life. Enter serious mode. You got to get some medicine and you got to get it as soon as possible.
You make your way down more streets, passing people by. You're close, you can feel it.
You can see the "DA STORE" sign with its flashing arrow sign, you are mere seconds away from the store. Two people stand near the side of the store.
You enter the store, a nice cold breeze washes over you. It feels way better in here than out there. Although it could be that you just ran a good distance just to get here. Now, wheres the medicine?
Oh... it's right in front of you.. Huh, How convenient...
You obtained MEDICINE!
With this MEDICINE you can help Glub Glub with his fever!

You made it back to glub glub, you gave him the medicine, although he isn't completely cured yet, he feels better than he did before. He appreciates the effort you went through just to get him some medicine, he said he's lucky enough to have a good friend like you.
