I started my English education during my formative years with nuns looking over my shoulder. Believe me, they taught me well! I developed my love for the written word from my father, who was an avid reader. I guess the apple didn't fall far from the bookshelf!

Throughout my work experience, I have had the opportunity and excelled at proofreading different types of documents from simple brochures, pamphlets, business mailings up to, and including, business web sites.  

Recently, I have completed varying proofreading online courses to brush up on my skills.  

I have earned a certificate from Alison Learning studying Basic Proofreading and Copyediting Techniques.

In January of 2026, I successfully completed a fully comprehensive proofreading course, Proofread Anywhere, enabling me to confidently take on your project and get it ready to shine like the gem it is!
