Join us for Healthy Gut 101, an informative and approachable class focused on understanding digestion, gut health, and the microbiome—through the lens of food as medicine.
Terina Darcey will break down the bio-basics of how the gut works, what happens when we eat the foods we eat, and how small, intentional choices can support long-term wellness. The class includes an introduction to fermentation, why fermented foods matter, and how probiotics support digestion, metabolism, immune health, and the gut-brain connection.
✨ Each participant will leave with a take-home probiotic beverage such as kombucha or kefir.
With over 25 years of lived experience navigating a sensitive gut, Terina offers practical insights that are easy to understand and apply—no overwhelm, just supportive tools for everyday life.
