Lieutenant - Pass the Officer Academy.
Senior Lieutenant - Host 5 events.
Captain - Host 10 events and gain approval from Major+.
Major - Host 15 events, 2 special events and an approval from Colonel+.
Lieutenant Colonel - Host 20 events, 4 special events and 2 approvals from General+
Colonel - Host 25 events, 5 special events and pass an Army HC vote.
Brigadier General - Handpicked by General+ as their assistant.
General - Handpicked by the Grand General.
Grand General - Chosen by the Emperor.
