There is absolutely no obligation to sign up, I'm happy to chat through your goals, and simply offer you some free advice and value to support you with where you are right now.
Once you've applied, and been accepted, I'll send you an initial questionnaire so that I can set your personalised macro and calorie goals to support and optimise your nutrition.
We'll then book an onboarding call to get you started, and over the first few weeks with getting to know each other, we'll be able to focus on the habits you have and want to change so that I can really tailor this personalised coaching experience to you.
My aim is to make your nutrition complement your life, not consume it. We'll design a way of living that is completely personalised to you and your lifestyle.
Tracking is not for everyone and I get that. It is however a really educational tool to get you started when working towards a nutrition based goal so that we can be confident you're consuming the optimal balance of foods.
I do however teach other methods we can use, people thrived before the likes of My Fitness Pal after all! But as long as you communicate with me and I know what youre preference is I can support you!
No, whilst I provide a large collection of recipe ideas that support various dietry requirements, these are for supporting your goals and showing how easy it can be to enjoy a balanced and nutritious lifestyle.
I feel that providing meal plans doesn't educate or set you up or long term success and this is 100% an educational process. Creating a sustainable approach to your nutrition is the only way new habits will stick so that you never feel frustrated or confused again. I find most people just need to make sensible tweaks to the meals that they already enjoy eating.
Through our 1-1 calls, you will also learn and understand about the energy balance and energy densities of food so that you know what you are your family are eating and why and which foods will really help to boost our energy and stop those slumps or cravings!
There is no cookie cutter plan, it needs to be flexible to fit around you and your ever changing schedule.
