These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FljPlay mobile application ("FljPlay", the "App", "we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, accessing, or using FljPlay, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.
FljPlay provides entertainment and media-related features, which may include:
Movie information and discovery
Movie quizzes and games
Actor and movie matching activities
Official movie trailer playback
Photo and video importing
Camera-based photo and video capture
Local video editing
Voice-over and audio recording
Video exporting and sharing
Features may be added, modified, suspended, or removed at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use FljPlay.
If you are under the legal age of majority in your country or region, you may use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By using FljPlay, you confirm that you are legally permitted to agree to these Terms.
FljPlay does not currently require users to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your device, local media files, video projects, and exported content.
Because projects may be stored locally, deleting the App, clearing its data, resetting your device, or losing access to your device may result in the permanent loss of your projects or media.
FljPlay may request access to certain features on your device. Permission is requested only when necessary to provide a feature you choose to use.
You may deny or revoke permissions through your device settings. However, some App features may not function properly without the required permissions.
FljPlay may request access to your device's camera when you choose to:
Take a photo for editing
Record a video for editing
Add newly captured media to a video project
Camera access is activated only when you choose to use a camera-related feature and grant permission.
Photos and videos captured through FljPlay are processed locally on your device. FljPlay does not automatically upload, store, transmit, or share camera-captured media with our servers or third parties.
FljPlay may request access to your Photos Library so you can:
Select photos and videos for editing
Add media to a video project
Save completed videos
Access exported content
The App accesses only the media permitted by your device settings and the media you choose to use.
FljPlay may request access to your microphone when you choose to:
Record voice-over audio
Add narration to a video
Record audio while capturing a video
Microphone access is used only during an active recording initiated by you.
FljPlay may request permission to save exported videos or other completed media to your device's Photos Library.
This permission is used only when you choose to export or save content.
The FljPlay Video Editor processes photos, videos, and audio locally on your device.
Local editing operations may include:
Capturing photos and videos
Importing selected media
Trimming and cutting
Merging media files
Adding transitions
Applying visual effects
Adding text or overlays
Adding background music
Recording voice-over audio
Exporting completed videos
FljPlay does not upload your photos, videos, camera recordings, audio recordings, or editing projects to our servers.
Your media does not leave your device unless you intentionally choose to share, upload, publish, or transfer it using your device's sharing tools or another third-party application or service.
Once you share or upload content outside FljPlay, the receiving platform's terms and privacy practices apply.
"User Content" includes any photos, videos, audio, music, text, voice recordings, or other material that you import, capture, edit, create, export, or share using FljPlay.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
FljPlay does not claim ownership of photos, videos, audio recordings, or other content processed locally through the App.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that you have all required rights and permissions to use, edit, export, publish, or share it.
You must not use FljPlay to create, edit, or share content that:
Infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights
Contains media recorded without the required consent
Is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
Exploits or harms children
Contains illegal sexual content
Promotes violence, terrorism, or criminal activity
Violates any applicable law or third-party policy
You are responsible for using the Camera and Microphone features lawfully and respectfully.
You must obtain any consent required before photographing, filming, or recording another person.
You must not use FljPlay to secretly record people where recording is prohibited or where consent is legally required.
FljPlay is not responsible for your use of the Camera or Microphone or for any content you capture, edit, export, publish, or share.
You may use only photos, videos, audio, music, images, and other materials that:
You created yourself
You own
You have permission to use
Are licensed for your intended use
Are available under applicable copyright exceptions
The availability of editing tools does not give you permission to use copyrighted material.
You are solely responsible for confirming that your use of media complies with copyright laws and any applicable licenses.
FljPlay may allow you to export completed videos to your device or share them through third-party applications.
You are responsible for reviewing your completed content before exporting or sharing it.
We do not control what happens to content after you:
Save it to your device
Send it to another person
Upload it to a website
Publish it on social media
Share it through another application
Third-party platforms may collect, store, modify, display, or distribute content according to their own terms and privacy policies.
FljPlay may provide movie quizzes, challenges, actor-matching games, trivia, scores, and similar entertainment features.
These features are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee that:
Every question or answer will be error-free
Movie information will always be complete
Scores will always be preserved
All movies, trailers, actors, or features will remain available
External movie data will always be current or accurate
Game progress or results may be stored locally and may be lost if the App or its data is removed.
FljPlay uses The Movie Database ("TMDB") API to retrieve publicly available movie-related information, which may include:
Movie titles
Posters
Descriptions
Ratings
Release information
Cast details
FljPlay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by TMDB.
Movie information provided through TMDB may be updated, removed, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable.
Your personal photos, videos, audio recordings, camera captures, and editing projects are not shared with TMDB.
TMDB's services are subject to its own terms and policies.

FljPlay may use the YouTube embedded player or open YouTube to display official movie trailers or related video content.
FljPlay does not host or control YouTube videos.
The availability, accuracy, legality, quality, advertising, and content of YouTube videos are controlled by YouTube or the relevant content owner.
When you use YouTube features, Google's and YouTube's applicable terms and privacy policies may apply.
Your photos, videos, camera captures, voice recordings, and video projects are not shared with YouTube by FljPlay.

FljPlay may contain links to, integrations with, or content from third-party services.
We do not control and are not responsible for:
Third-party content
External websites
Third-party availability
Third-party security
Advertisements displayed by third parties
Third-party privacy practices
Changes made by external service providers
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
You agree not to:
Use FljPlay for any illegal purpose
Violate another person's intellectual property or privacy rights
Capture or record people unlawfully
Attempt to access restricted parts of the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App except where permitted by law
Introduce viruses, malicious code, or harmful files
Interfere with the App's operation or security
Use the App to create or distribute unlawful or harmful content
Misrepresent your relationship with FljPlay, TMDB, YouTube, or another party
Use automated tools to abuse or overload the App or its connected services
We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of FljPlay at any time.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be:
Available
Compatible with every device
Free from errors
Free from interruptions
Compatible with future operating system versions
Able to open every photo, video, or audio format
App updates may be required to continue using certain features.
Video projects, temporary files, drafts, and exported content may be stored locally on your device.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
We are not responsible for content or projects lost because of:
App deletion
Device damage or loss
Insufficient storage
Operating system updates
Permission changes
File corruption
User error
App crashes
Device resets
Third-party application behavior
Before deleting the App or changing devices, you should export and securely back up any content you wish to retain.
Video editing and exporting depend on factors such as:
Device model
Available storage
Available memory
Video duration
Media resolution
File format
Operating system version
We do not guarantee that every edit or export will complete successfully or that exported media will be compatible with every application, device, or platform.
You should review exported content before deleting original media.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FljPlay is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will always be available or uninterrupted
Every feature will function without errors
Movie information will always be correct or complete
Video exports will always succeed
Local projects will never be lost
Third-party content will remain available
The App will meet every user's requirements
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FljPlay and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
This includes loss arising from:
Deleted or corrupted projects
Failed video exports
Device storage issues
Unauthorized use of your device
Copyright claims relating to your content
Content you record or share
Third-party websites or services
Inaccurate movie information
Removed or unavailable trailers
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
Your misuse of FljPlay
Your User Content
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of another person's rights
Unlawful recording or sharing
Copyright or privacy claims caused by your content
You may stop using FljPlay at any time by deleting the App from your device.
We may restrict or discontinue access to the App or specific features if required for legal, security, technical, or policy reasons.
Sections concerning ownership, user responsibilities, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and third-party services will continue to apply where appropriate after termination.
When FljPlay is downloaded through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that:
These Terms are between you and FljPlay, not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the App.
Apple is not responsible for the App or claims relating to your use of it, except where required by applicable law.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce applicable provisions against you.
Your use of FljPlay must comply with the App Store's applicable usage rules.
Your use of FljPlay is also governed by the FljPlay Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how device permissions, local media processing, technical data, and third-party services are handled.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:
Changes to the App
New features
Legal requirements
Security requirements
Changes to third-party services
When these Terms are updated, the "Last Updated" date will be revised.
Your continued use of FljPlay after updated Terms become effective indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the App operator is established, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your country or region.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in effect.
The invalid provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permitted.
These Terms and the FljPlay Privacy Policy constitute the agreement between you and FljPlay concerning your use of the App.
They replace any previous terms relating to the same subject matter.
