FljPlay ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information FljPlay collects, how it is used, and how it is protected when you use the FljPlay mobile application ("App").

FljPlay does not require you to create an account and does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address.
The App requests access to certain device features only when you choose to use related functionality.
If you choose to capture a photo or record a video within the App, FljPlay may request permission to access your device's camera.
Camera access is used solely to:
Capture photos for editing.
Record videos for editing.
Allow you to create video projects using content you capture.
Photos and videos captured using the camera remain on your device and are processed locally. They are never uploaded to our servers or shared with any third party.
If you use the Video Editor, FljPlay may request permission to access your Photos Library so that you can:
Select photos and videos from your device.
Edit photos and videos.
Create video projects.
Export completed videos.
Share exported videos using your device's built-in sharing features.
Your selected media remains on your device unless you choose to share it.
If you choose to record voice narration or add voice-over audio, FljPlay requests access to your device's microphone.
Microphone access is used only while recording audio and only after you grant permission.
Audio recordings remain on your device and are never uploaded or shared with third parties.
FljPlay requests permission to save exported videos to your Photos Library.
This permission is used only when you choose to export your completed video.
To improve reliability, compatibility, and app performance, the App may automatically collect limited non-personal information, including:
Device model
Operating system version
App version
Anonymous crash reports
Anonymous diagnostic information
This information cannot reasonably be used to identify you personally.
FljPlay uses device permissions only to provide the features you request, including:
Capturing photos and videos using your device's camera.
Importing photos and videos you select.
Editing media locally on your device.
Recording audio when requested.
Saving exported videos.
Displaying movie information and official trailers.
Improving app stability and performance.
All photos, videos, and audio recordings are processed entirely on your device.
FljPlay:
Does not upload your photos, videos, or audio recordings to our servers.
Does not store your media on our servers.
Does not share your media with any third party.
Does not sell your personal information.
Does not use your media for advertising.
Does not use your media for analytics.
Does not use your media to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
The FljPlay Video Editor performs all editing operations entirely on your device.
This includes:
Capturing photos and videos.
Trimming and cutting videos.
Merging media.
Applying transitions and visual effects.
Adding background music.
Recording voice-over audio.
Exporting completed videos.
Your photos, videos, and audio recordings remain under your control and never leave your device unless you explicitly choose to share them using your device's built-in sharing features.
FljPlay uses the following third-party services to provide movie-related features.
FljPlay uses the TMDB API to display publicly available movie information, including:
Movie titles
Posters
Ratings
Descriptions
Cast information
FljPlay is not affiliated with or endorsed by TMDB.
No photos, videos, camera captures, edited projects, or audio recordings are shared with TMDB.

FljPlay uses the YouTube embedded player to display official movie trailers.
When you watch a trailer, YouTube may collect information according to Google's Privacy Policy.
No photos, videos, camera captures, edited projects, or audio recordings are shared with YouTube.

FljPlay uses the OpenAI API solely to generate movie quiz questions and related quiz content.
When generating a quiz, FljPlay may send movie-related information to OpenAI, such as movie titles, genres, descriptions, or other information required to generate quiz questions.
FljPlay does not send users' personal information, photos, videos, camera captures, audio recordings, voice recordings, or video editor projects to OpenAI.
OpenAI is not used to process, edit, analyze, or generate content from the user's personal photos, videos, audio recordings, or other media.
The Video Editor operates locally on the user's device, and user-selected photos, videos, and audio recordings remain on the device unless the user explicitly chooses to share them using the device's built-in sharing functionality.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information processed by the App.
Because all media processing is performed locally on your device, you remain in control of your photos, videos, and audio recordings.
Although we strive to protect all information, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
FljPlay is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external websites or services.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be posted within the App, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
