We start every session with a warm up including mobility exercises, stretching and cardio. The choreography is split between the two weeks as follows:
Week 1 - Introduction to the routine | Learn Part 1 | Build confidence in steps | Practise | Cool Down
Week 2 - Revisit Part 1 | Learn Part 2 & add onto Part 1 | Build confidence in steps | Practise | Cool Down
At the end of the second week, you will have the opportunity to perform and, should you wish, record the routine.
A note from Faye:
"There isn't a label for what I create, my choreography occurs in the moment, it's organic, and/or inspired by other dancers and artists. I wouldn't narrow my workshops down into specific categories, however to give you an example, Pulse is comprised of commercial, hip-hip, jazz and maybe a little ballroom; Flow incorporates a slower form of commercial, contemporary, and modern with perhaps a hint of lyrical."
