The Faith Child Project was born out of a pressing need in today’s churches—a need to return to the foundations of Bible study and faith training that have sustained the body of Christ for generations. While the world’s methods of distracting and influencing children have advanced at lightning speed, many churches have not kept pace in creating equally compelling, faith-based experiences in their children’s ministries.
The result? Children grow up spiritually undernourished, becoming distracted youth and, eventually, backslidden adults. This crisis is even more severe in places where children have little or no access to Christian books or Bibles—not because they don’t want them, but simply because they are unavailable.
The Faith Child Project, an outreach initiative of Sunday Sunday Books Publishing, exists to bridge this gap. Our mission is to create a solid, Bible-based curriculum for children’s churches while making high-quality, faith-filled books widely available. Through these tools, we aim to plant the Word of God deep in young hearts, so it can grow into lifelong devotion to Christ.
But we know this is not a mission we can achieve alone. That’s why we are inviting partnerships, volunteers, and financial supporters—both from within churches that can fund their own programs and from outside donors who can help equip churches in underserved communities.
Our children are the future. As Jesus warned, unless our righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees—and unless our dedication to guiding our children surpasses the world’s efforts to pull them away—the future of Christianity will be at risk. History reminds us that after Jesus performed miracles, died, and rose again, the world still plunged into the Dark Ages, as many tried to extinguish His light. Yet God kept His promise to His Son.
Today, we have an unprecedented opportunity to make the gospel accessible to children everywhere. Let it never be said that we missed this chance. We invite every believer whose heart burns for the next generation to join us—whether through time, talent, resources, or prayer—in shaping a future where the light of Christ shines brightly in young lives.
As Paul once urged Archippus: “See to it that you complete the ministry you have received in the Lord.”
God bless you.
Charity begins at home, and so Sunday Sunday Books Publishing launched The Faith Child Project outreach right where it all began—the founder’s home church, Dominion City Ministries, led by Pastor David and Pastor Sarah Ogbueli.
As a children’s church teacher, the founder saw firsthand the urgent need for a customized, Spirit-led Bible curriculum—one that would meet the unique challenges of today’s children while staying anchored in the timeless truth of God’s Word. For centuries, the Bible has remained relevant, and we too must be guided by the Holy Spirit to preserve that relevance, equipping our children with the tools they need to walk in faith now and for the rest of their lives.
The Faith Child Project continues to grow hand in hand with the faith-based publishing mission of Peace Olaluwoye, founder of Sunday Sunday Books. And just like the beloved song declares: We have decided to follow Jesus—no turning back.
