What is included?
The Amazing Venue! The dance floor, the set up/breakdown, and cleaning of custom-made, live edge tables, and chairs for seating up to 100 guests, a custom DJ booth, a designated kitchen space for catering prep station, and all cleaning fees.
How do I secure my date?
A signed contract and 50% retainer is required to secure your wedding date.
When is the remaining payment due?
A week prior to your event.
What are the acceptable forms of payment?
Cash or check.
What is the guest list minimum?
80 guests
What is the guest list maximum?
200 guests
(Any guest list over 100 is an additional $35 per guest)
Are ceremonies allowed on site?
We do not offer ceremonies on site, but there are several churches and parks within walking distance. If you plan to have a small ceremony, this can be negotiated.
Where are the best places to take photos on site?
There are many great spots for photos. We would love to schedule a walk through with you!
How early can we arrive on site to set up?
The space is available as early as 10:30am.
What time do we need to be out of the building?
Guests must depart by 10pm, and vendors must be done breaking down by 11pm.
How many weddings do you take in a day?
Just yours! We want to provide you with a personal experience and feel it wouldn't be fair to double book.
Do you provide a day of coordinator?
No. We recommend you have your wedding planner/day of coordinator on site to assist with the other vendors (florists, caterers, etc) for any drop off or setting up in the building.
Where do my guests park?
We highly recommend Uber and/or public transportation! There is public parking one block away at the Collingswood Patco Speedline Station (please refer to the video on our Instagram - @thefactoryworkers).
May I bring in vendors of my choice?
Yes. We do require that all vendors show proof of insurance in order to provide services in the building.
Is outside alcohol allowed?
Yes. We allow outside purchase of alcohol as long as you use PJ bartending services, as they are tip certified and insured. $250 per bartender.
Do you have preferred catering vendors?
We have a preferred catering list that we would be happy to share, but we also welcome any catering company of your choice!
What is offered to the caterers?
Outside caterers are welcome to use the small kitchen for food prep, however they must bring their own heating sources. Please note: caterers/renters are responsible for disposing of their own garbage.
