The Engagement Center is a part time program in Lowell Public Schools where students with 60+ credits who cannot attend the traditional school day work toward their high school diploma. We provide in-person and remote tutoring to guide students through competency-based courses including project-based work and Courseware online learning platform

We offer social work support, in-person and remote tutoring by LPS staff. Students who are employed earn elective credits upon completion of resume form

We work with students and sending school administrators to create and follow a plan to complete all LPS graduation requirements toward a high school diploma
Since 2015, the Engagement Center has helped more than 585 students graduate with their high school diploma
Each year, 10-15% of the LPS graduating senior class is supported through the Engagement Center
