Therapy for Black Men is an organization working to help change the narrative around Black men seeking mental health support and helping men find the resources they need. They offer a directory of therapists free therapy sessions for men that are concerned about the cost of therapy.
This Philadelphia-based organization’s goal is to provide community resources and access to mental health treatment to black men at reduced rates by therapists of color. They offer a virtual support group, called “King’s Corner”. Each session addresses a different topic every Sunday evening.
Well-Read Black Girl aims to amplify the voices of Black writers and celebrate their achievements in the literary world. They offer a book club exclusively for Black girls, women, non-binary, queer, trans, and disabled readers.
Black Girl In Om is a wellness community promoting healing for Black women around the world on their unique journeys towards wholeness. They offer guided meditations to help ease newcomers into meditation. They also offer a podcast with words of affirmation, guided meditations, and transparent conversations with Black leaders.

HealHaus provides accessible and inclusive wellness through daily yoga and meditation classes and workshops. Normally based out of Brooklyn, they now have completely virtual offerings.
