Hello!
To begin, this site is introduced as "The Emotional System!!" : "Feeling of Mindfulness Impacts System."
The system we created is designed to assist and support individuals who have experienced difficult, tough, unsafe, or unhealthy experiences that have impacted their overall well-being. We are currently in the process of creating and building this site, and it may take a few months to fully finalize it. The expected time for everything to be ready might be around the year October-December, 2026 to June-July, 2027. We will update you here as well as on the site once we’ve finished creating this “The Emotional System!!” site. Thank you!
This site aims to help those whose experiences have led to intense negative emotions, such as emotional distress, confusion, misunderstandings, panic-anxiety attacks, prevent any sign of interruptions, improve self-confidence or self-advocacy, feelings of being ignored or disrespected by others, loss of temper or anger, frustration, miserable, misery, bothersome/annoyance, emotional exhaustion, other anxiety-related outcomes, or mental health conditions. It also provides guidance, support, reassurance and comfort for anyone who may simply be having an extremely bad, stressful, overwhelming, unhealthy, or unsafe day; assisting them in finding calmness, comforts, balance, respect, and greater self-awareness, coping strategies, and self advocacy.
Through the Emotional System process, individuals can begin to experience more positive emotional outcomes, such as increased self-confidence, inner peace, emotional stability, self-advocacy, staying calm, reduced anxiety, improved concentration, effective communication, temper management, stronger de-escalation and conflict-resolution skills, and healthier relationships with others, even during different types of conflicts (e.g., family conflicts or arguments). This system also supports individuals in managing the emotions that arise within these conflicts and helps them navigate challenging situations more effectively. It also equips individuals with practical coping strategies that support emotional regulation, reduce anxiety, and promote healthier responses during challenging situations.
Additionally, this system guides individuals in recognizing early signs of conflicts or challenging situations they may encounter or struggle with, and in applying effective strategies to resolve them before they escalate into more serious or harmful issues, supporting prevention and early intervention. It also helps individuals identify patterns within their everyday situations or conflicts, allowing them to recognize the specific challenges they encounter in their daily routines. By becoming more aware of these recurring situations or conflicts, individuals can better understand their emotional triggers and choose healthier ways to respond. This awareness also assists individuals in reflecting on their behaviors and learning important lessons before situations or emotions intensify, supporting emotional well-being and preventing further escalation into extreme emotional distress or unhealthy emotional patterns.
Unlike a suicide and crisis lifeline, which you can reach by dialing your local phone number, such as 988 in the United States for immediate assistance, this system we created on Google Sites is designed for non-emergency emotional support and prevention. It focuses on providing assistance to individuals in managing their everyday emotions, calming themselves down, strengthening emotional regulation, reflecting on their thoughts, and building stronger communication and coping skills before things reach a crisis point. The goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where people can express how they feel, gain clarity, and learn healthier ways to handle stress effectively, anxiety emotions, confusion, or interpersonal conflicts and situations in their daily lives.
If you are ever in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, such as a crime in progress (Police), fire (Firefighter), or a medical emergency (EMT/Paramedics), please dial 911 immediately if you are in the U.S, or contact your local emergency number if you are outside the United States. Emergency responders are trained to provide immediate intervention, protection, help, and life-saving assistance in serious and emergency situations. Please do not wait or try to handle any kind of serious or emergency situations alone; dial 911 or your local emergency services number, so that help can respond to your location as soon as possible (ASAP).
This website is not an emergency, suicide, or crisis lifeline or any sign of intervention services. It is designed for non-emergency emotional support, reflection, and prevention, helping individuals manage their emotions and learn healthier coping strategies in everyday situations or conflicts they may encounter.
We do not have a phone number for this website. Instead, we provide a contact form where visitors can reach out if they need emotional support, want to share how they feel, or are experiencing a difficult situation and need guidance.
If someone is in immediate distress, feel that your emotions are becoming difficult to manage, you need extra support or requires professional assistance, we encourage you to contact your school’s mental health counseling or any kind of counseling center, local licensed therapists, community mental-health centers, online counseling platforms can also provide confidential care and guidance, or TimelyCare, if available at your school, university or institution, which offers 24/7 mental health and wellness support, or dial (988 in the United States) to connect with a Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. Talking with a professional can help you better understand your emotions, develop personalized coping strategies, and create a stronger sense of balance and well-being.
Our website is intended for non-emergency emotional support, reflection, and education. Visitors may choose to use the contact form for support, or follow the self-guided steps and strategies shared on our site to help them calm down, reflect, and regulate their emotions in a safe and healthy way. We truly hope these tools and resources can help each person find peace, understanding, and emotional balance.
Dear All,
I am writing to all members, especially those who know me and others in the community/public, because I want to kindly share, let you know, and clarify if needed, regarding the information about the Emotional System!! site I have created over the years. I created this Emotional System!! site based on different ideas/thoughts, perspectives, and preparations I began developing since around childhood through middle school age, and continued planning throughout my high school years, and now into college and beyond. During that time, I started organizing my thoughts, preparing outlines, and planning how I wanted the Emotional System!! to function_ in the future. When I entered college, I began actively building the site, using tools like Google Sites, and continued expanding throughout the year. The development of this website has followed me from my beginning of the college year, and it remains as an ongoing personal project that I plan to continue improving and developing beyond my college years.
This is something I created to help others, not because I cannot take care of myself, cannot control my temper, cannot manage my own emotions, or even unable to stay calm and respectful to others. I already know how to calm myself down, self-regulations, self-advocacy, effective communications, time managements, de-escalations, conflict resolutions, be respectful, honest, kindness, caring, a trusted person, and many more on my page with a list of my skills as well as that I know how to take care of my own wellbeing and health safely.
Please respect this site, as I took a very long time to create it with care, patience, timing, careful thought processing, and true dedication. This system is something I worked on thoughtfully and carefully for many years, so that it can support people in many different communities who may need additional emotional guidance, support, and strategies as well. I kindly ask everyone; whether you are a staff (college, university, or high school staff), past or recent tutors who know me, professors, teachers, classmates, cousins, other professionals (including my individual & family therapist or any mental health professionals), community members, or any family members, to treat this site and all of the work I have put into it with respect. Feel free to share the Emotional System site with others. I created this space with a good heart, understandings and with the intention of helping others, not to be misinterpreted, confused, judged, or viewed in the wrong way.
I hope that when you visit this site, you approach it with understanding, kindness, respect, and an open mind, without any judgment or any disrespectfulness toward me or the purpose of this system, which is called ‘The Emotional System!!’. This site was not created because I need calming strategies, nor should I be blamed, labeled, or accused of feelings I do not experience, such as anxiety, being upset, angry, losing my temper, blaming/accusing others, any negative emotions or being stressed out... I already know how to calm myself down very well, regulate my own emotions, and take care of my wellbeing and health safely. Sometimes people still become very concerned about me or feeling of sadness, worried + upset that they think I ignored or disrespected them even though they do not need to be, because I already have helpful strategies and resolutions for my own emotions, which are all stated in this site, and I know how to manage and control them without escalating anything further throughout the year. The purpose of this site and system is to assist and support others, to provide emotional education, guidance, comforts, and healthy strategies for people who may need them.
This project represents my perspective, my voice, and my dedication in helping others. I kindly ask everyone to respect the intention behind my work and understandings, that this site is meant to reduce emotional distress for others, not increase it. I deeply appreciate it when people take the time to respect my effort, my perspectives and emotions, and the purpose behind this emotional system site as well.
These strategies on my site are for everyone else to learn (education), especially people who may feel stressed out, overwhelmed, upset, experiencing uncertainty responses, or unsure how to manage their emotions properly, or even simply seeking additional assistance and guidance from a helpful resources. Sometimes in the past, different people around me; including various staff, teachers, professors or academic advisors, tutors, classmates, family members or others, have misinterpreted my feelings and actions or assumed that I was upset, angry, losing my temper, experiencing anxiety emotions, being mislabeled me as having "anxiety attacks," "panic attacks," "mental problems," or even "seem like being upset and stressed out," when in reality I was actually staying calm and respectful to them at all times or sometimes it was even just a confusion situations, especially during any meetings, advising or tutoring sessions, or any other sessions as well. I want to respectfully say that these moments were misunderstandings and confusions only, not my real and truthful emotions. If anyone ever felt confused or thought I was upset, stressed out, disrespectful, or believed that my self-advocacy, time-management, or conflict-resolution abilities were my weaknesses, then I sincerely apologize for any feelings, concerns, confusions, misunderstandings, or situations this may have caused. My intention has always been to interact respectfully, calmly, and thoughtfully with everyone around me.
I also want to kindly ask everyone who knows me; including staff, teachers, professors, tutors, community members/the public, and family members to please respect my perspective when I say that I am calm and respectful. My purpose here is not to talk about myself, but to teach various topics relating to my emotional system site such as coping strategies, so that you can use them at anytime of the year. Some of my actions, emotion or sounds in the past may have been misinterpreted, but they were never meant to show anger, losing tempers, anxiety, upset, or stressed out. They were just misinterpretation of my feelings and actions. This website is simply my way of supporting the community/public, sharing helpful emotional skills/strategies, and assisting others to learn healthier ways to stay balanced. Thank you all for understanding, and thank you for respecting my role in creating this emotional system site!
