Tucson Festival of Books 2025
University of Arizona
March 15 & 16, 2025
Day 1 is in the books and what an amazing day it was! The weather was much cooler than last year with highs in the upper 50s and very windy thanks to the storms that rolled through yesterday. Today's highlights include:
Romance author panel goes off the rails.
Learning that Ali Hazelwood is from Italy and has a strong Italian accent!
Romantasy Panel with Victoria Aveyard & Tricia Levenseller.
Adding about 8 more books to my TBR
Day 2 was just as amazing. I am still going through photos, video and content. Stay tuned it'll be up soon.

This was an amazing and successful weekend for the inaugural ROTV author and book event. I was so lucky to be able to moderate two different author panels - that was a first for me - and now I'd addicting and want to moderate more!!! I met so many amazing people and made some new friends. We'll be back again in 2026! (Check out my Instagram for all the coverage of the weekend)
On Saturday, I was able to moderate a Sports Romance panel. This made me realize that I need to read more of this genre. I also learned that the reason there are so many hockey romances is because, well hockey has a lot of aggression! ON Sunday, I moderated the Guilty Pleasures panel. That was SOOO much fun! We talked a lot about tropes, and the audience participation was amazing!
