BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT.

General Terms

。Client must be 18+ to commission NSFW artwork from me.

。Client must respect the given wait time. I have a life outside of artwork, and sometimes commissions may take longer than expected.

。If you need your commission completed by a certain date, please ask me before commissioning. Rush orders may not always be possible.

。I have the right to refuse any commission or cancel a commission at any time.

Payment

。Payment is made via PayPal Invoices

。Payment must be sent in USD.

。Payment will be sent through a PayPal invoice with PayPal fees included.

。Payment must be received before I begin working on the artwork.

。Payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving the invoice, or I reserve the right to cancel the commission. (Unless previously discussed with me.)

。Client is responsible for ensuring their PayPal details and payment information are correct.

Art Progress

。Turnaround time is 3 weeks per order; bigger orders will take longer

。Complex commissions may take longer depending on the amount of detail involved.

。During the sketch phase, I will discuss any design details and any edits you would like made.

。Major changes must be requested during the sketch phase. Changes requested after approval may require an additional fee.

。Minor adjustments may be requested during the colouring/shading stage.

。I will only send WIPs (work-in-progress images) if requested, as I generally try to complete commissions in one to two sittings.

。I will do my best to provide updates if there are delays.

Refund Policy

。I do not generally offer refunds; however, exceptions may be made in certain circumstances.

。Refund requests will not be considered within 3 months of commissioning unless there is a legitimate reason (such as a death in the family, personal circumstances, or issues involving multiple people in a commission).

。Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe depending on my financial situation.

。Refunds will not be provided once the artwork has been fully completed.

。If a commission is cancelled due to artist circumstances, the client will receive a refund for any unfinished work.

。Refunds will be issued excluding PayPal fees. You will receive the amount that I originally received.

Ownership Rights

。The artist retains credit for the artwork. The client owns the purchased artwork for personal use.

。Client may use the artwork for personal purposes, including profile pictures, personal pages, and sharing online.

。Client must credit Skini-Mcwafferpants and the base owner when posting the artwork online or when asked about the artist/s.

。Artwork may not be sold, redistributed, or used for monetary gain without permission.

。Commercial use (including merchandise, advertising, branding, monetised content, or resale products) must be discussed and approved before use.

。Adoptd/custom designs must not be resold for more than the original purchase price unless they have additional art.

。The artist retains the right to display completed artwork in portfolios, galleries, and social media unless otherwise agreed.

。Artwork may not be used for AI training, AI datasets, NFT creation, or uploaded to AI generation websites.

。Do not trace, heavily edit, or alter my artwork without permission.

Adoptables / Mystery Eggs / Character Sales

。Once a bid is placed, it cannot be withdrawn.

。Payment must be sent within 24 hours of claiming an adopt. (Unless previously negotiated with me.)

。Once paid, there will be no refunds.

。You may resell an adopt for the same amount or less than the original purchase price unless they have additional art.

。You may not sell traded characters for currency. Traded characters may only be traded again.

。You must inform me when selling any character purchased or traded from me and provide the new owner's information.

。You cannot trade, sell, or give away an adopt/character within 2 weeks (14 days) of receiving ownership unless previously discussed.

。You may not claim the artwork/design as your own creation.

。Credit for the original design must remain with the artist.

YCHs/Auctions

。Once a bid is placed, it cannot be withdrawn. If a user hides their bid, they may be blacklisted.

。Upon winning a YCH/Auction, payment must be made within 24 hours of the invoice being sent, or the YCH/Auction will be offered again.

。Once paid, there will be no refunds - see Refund section

。YCH poses cannot be significantly altered unless discussed beforehand.

。The artist maintains the right to reuse the base/pose for future YCHs unless otherwise stated.

Blacklist Policy

The following actions may result in being blacklisted from purchasing future artwork from me:

。Charging back a payment.

。Bidding and then backing out.

。Commissioning NSFW artwork while under the legal age.

。Ignoring messages after winning an Adopt or YCH.

。Being rude, aggressive, or unprofessional.

。Attempting to avoid a blacklist using another account.

WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW:

✗ Scat
✗ Vore
✗ Babyfur (SFW/NSFW)
✗ Mecha / heavily armoured characters
✗ Macro / Micro (Chibi is acceptable)
✗ Sexual content involving minors
✗ Non-consensual sexual content
✗ Hate speech or hateful imagery

If I am uncomfortable with a request, I reserve the right to refuse the commission.
