The Dictator's cage
“This is me. This is my order."
In this work, I do not paint chaos; I paint "Boundaries." The square you see is not merely a geometric shape; it is a physical manifestation of my own body, an outer shell that suggests order and stability, while harboring a relentless storm of
"demons" within.
The canvas is divided into two internal truths:
• The Creative Rebel (The Red Wing): This represents the personal drive to create and be free. Built upon a deep red foundation, it symbolizes the raw, violent impulses that fuel my existence. The yellows and greens are the screams of life and liberation, struggling to break through the intensity of the underlying drives.
• The Dictator (The Dense Wing): This is the internal voice of authority, the enforcer of rules and rigid systems. This part of me does not whisper, lit roars. Its presence is felt through the heavy density of the splatters, a suffocating layer of black and white that attempts to drown out the "raw" essence of the self under the weight of absolute control.
This piece is a visual record of the eternal confrontation between my thirst for liberation and the dictatorship of logic and order that resides within me. I am not seeking balance; I am simply giving these internal demons a battlefield to clash upon, far from the silence of my physical form.
