A training session with our professional golf fitness trainer is designed to build the physical foundation needed for a more powerful, consistent, and injury-free swing. The session begins with a mobility warm-up to improve flexibility in key areas like the hips, shoulders, and spine, ensuring your body can move freely through the swing. From there, you’ll work through tailored strength exercises that target the core, glutes, and upper body to create a stable, athletic base. Speed drills and power training—such as medicine ball throws, resistance band work, and rotational movements—are then incorporated to help you generate more clubhead speed and distance. Each session is personalized to your current fitness level and golf goals, giving you the tools to maximize performance both on and off the course. 

Learning course management strategies in golf is about transforming the way you approach each shot to play smarter and lower your scores. Instead of focusing only on swing mechanics, you’ll develop the ability to analyze the course, assess risk versus reward, and choose the highest-percentage shot in every situation. This includes learning how to determine the lie of the ball—whether it’s in the rough, a bunker, on an uneven slope, or sitting perfectly in the fairway—and understanding how that lie affects club selection, ball flight, and distance. You’ll also practice creating game plans that minimize mistakes, such as aiming for safer targets, leaving yourself the best angles into greens, and knowing when to attack versus when to play conservatively.
