About Us

The Community Giving Tree is an effort by the community churches in the MSAD 72 area, local businesses, civic and service organizations as well as many devoted volunteers to ensure that our children in need have a joyous holiday season. The basic wishes from these families were for warm insulated winter boots, warm winter jackets and snow pants, hooded sweatshirts, warm socks, hats and gloves. We also add two fun toys per child such as dolls, books, games, puzzles, Legos, craft supplies, knitting supplies, fishing poles and local activity passes for older children.
