1. How do I book and check date availability?

Feel free to check dates and book instantly via our website: BOOKING.COM or reach out to us on WhatsApp for quick support.

2. Does the price shown include all taxes and fees?

Yes, the price displayed is the final price, including applicable taxes and cleaning fee. 

3. What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy depends on the booking platform (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb). Please refer to the full policy details on their website.

1. What are the Check-in and Check-out times?

Check-in: After 3:00 PM (15:00). Check-out: Before 12:00 PM (12:00).

2. Can I request a late check-out or early check-in?

Requests for early check-in or late check-out depend on availability and existing bookings for that day. Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Additional charges may apply.

3. How is the check-in process conducted?

We use a convenient self check-in method via a smart lockbox. The access code will be provided to you via WhatsApp on the day of arrival, after full payment has been received.

1. What is the maximum number of guests allowed?

Our homestay comfortably accommodates up to 15 peoples. This maximum capacity includes children.

2. What entertainment facilities are provided? 

We offer a wide range of entertainment facilities, including a swimming pool, BBQ pit, Billiards & Air Hockey table, children's playground, and an incredible JazPiper Karaoke Set. 

3. Is the kitchen fully functional and allowed for cooking?

Yes, our kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, kettle, and basic cooking utensils.

4. Is Wi-Fi service provided?

Yes, we provide free high-speed Wi-Fi (i.e., 300Mbps) for all guests. The password will be provided during check-in.

1. Is The Colony Homestay Muslim-friendly/Shariah-compliant?

Yes, The Colony Homestay is open to all guests. We encourage everyone to respect local customs and culture, and to maintain good manners.

2. Is smoking allowed inside the unit?

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the unit. Guests may smoke in outside the property areas only. Violation of this rule will result in a mandatory cleaning fee/penalty. 

3. Are pets allowed?

Sorry, we currently DO NOT ALLOW pets in order to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests.

1. Are there any special rules regarding food, drinks, and smoking?

This homestay is smoke-free, alcohol-free, and pork/lard-free to ensure comfort for all guests. A cleaning fee of RM500 will apply for any violation of these rules.

2. Are strong-smelling fruits allowed inside the homestay?

Please also note that durian, mangosteen, and jackfruit are not allowed inside the property due to strong odors. A cleaning fee of RM200 will be charged if this rule is not followed.
