Policy Reminder – Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please be advised that any cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a $15 fee at your next grooming appointment. No-call, no-shows will incur a $20 charge per dog added to their account, and a 50% deposit will be required for the next scheduled appointment. Last-minute cancellations leave us with unfilled slots that can’t be replaced on short notice, which directly affects our schedule and business. This is why our policy is strictly enforced.
