Policy Reminder – Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please be advised that any cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a $15 fee at your next grooming appointment. No-call, no-shows will incur a $20 charge per dog added to their account, and a 50% deposit will be required for the next scheduled appointment. Last-minute cancellations leave us with unfilled slots that can’t be replaced on short notice, which directly affects our schedule and business. This is why our policy is strictly enforced. Thank you for your understanding!
