SummerSaltStudios – Terms of Service

By accessing and playing any game developed by SummerSaltStudios ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service in full. Continued use of our game constitutes your agreement to follow these terms. Failure to comply may result in penalties, including suspension, banning, or legal action where applicable.

1. Age Requirement

You must be 13 years of age or older to play our game. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If it is discovered that you are under 13, your account will be suspended until you reach the minimum age requirement.

2. Intellectual Property

All files, assets, code, designs, and any other content related to our games are the intellectual property of SummerSaltStudios. You are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, or using these materials for personal projects or commercial gain. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

3. Cheating and Exploiting

Using third-party modifications, cheats, or hacks to gain an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden. Exploiting in-game bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage is also prohibited. If you encounter a bug, we ask that you report it to the development team so we can continue improving the game. Violation of this policy may lead to account suspension, banning, or legal consequences.

4. Respectful Conduct

All players are expected to treat others with respect and dignity, regardless of race, gender, sexuality, nationality, or any other personal identity. Discriminatory, hateful, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Offenders may face immediate suspension or permanent bans depending on the severity of the violation.
