Occupancy:

The maximum overnight occupancy is 8 registered guests. Only guests included in the reservation or otherwise approved by management may stay overnight at the property.

Parking:

A maximum of 4 vehicles is permitted. Guests should use the garage and designated driveway parking whenever available. Please do not block neighboring driveways, mailboxes, sidewalks or access areas.

Pet Policy: 

Considered case-by-case (management approval required). Contact management to confirm before booking.

Unapproved pets are not permitted at The Camden Grand.

Service and assistance animals are handled in accordance with applicable law and booking-platform requirements.

No Smoking or Vaping:

The Camden Grand is a smoke-free and vape-free home. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property.

Guests are responsible for complying with all applicable smoking restrictions and for preventing smoke odors, residue or damage to the property.

No Parties or Events:

Parties, events and large unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.

The Camden Grand is located in a residential neighborhood, and guests are expected to respect our neighbors and maintain reasonable noise levels throughout their stay.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM

Please keep outdoor activity, music, television and other noise at levels that will not disturb neighboring homes during quiet hours.

Registered Guests:

Only registered guests and visitors approved under the reservation are permitted to use the property.

Please contact management in advance if your plans change or if you expect additional visitors.

Check-In:

Check-in is 3:00 PM or later.

The Camden Grand offers convenient self-check-in. Access instructions and any required entry information will be provided to approved guests before arrival.

Check-Out:

Check-out is by 11:00 AM, unless a different time has been approved in writing by management.

Guests are asked to follow the check-out instructions provided for their reservation.

Minimum Booking Age:

The primary guest responsible for the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must remain responsible for the property and members of their party throughout the stay.

Restricted & Owner Areas:

Guests have access to the portions of the home included with their reservation.

The basement and designated locked owner, storage and supply areas are not included in guest access and should remain secured throughout the stay.

Security & Safety:

The Camden Grand may use disclosed exterior security, safety and property-monitoring equipment to help protect guests and the home.

Security devices are not intended to monitor private guest sleeping or living areas.

Guests should not disable, obstruct, disconnect or tamper with smoke detectors, carbon-monoxide detectors, security equipment or other installed safety devices.

Guest Verification & Rental Agreement:

Depending on the booking platform and length of stay, guests may be required to:

• Verify their identity

• Provide required booking information

• Sign a rental or lease agreement

• Complete an applicable background screening

• Provide a security deposit or damage-protection coverage

Reservations may remain subject to completion of these requirements before occupancy.

Additional Requirements for 30+ Day Stays:

Guests reserving The Camden Grand for 30 days or longer may be subject to additional requirements, including background screening, a signed lease or rental agreement, deposits, utility allowances or caps, and other terms applicable to extended stays.

The signed rental agreement will control if its terms differ from general website information.

Care of the Property:

Please treat The Camden Grand with the same care and consideration you would give your own home.

Guests are responsible for promptly reporting accidental damage, maintenance problems, leaks or other conditions requiring attention so they can be addressed as quickly as possible.

Respect for Our Neighborhood:

The Camden Grand is located in an established residential community.

We ask guests to be considerate of our neighbors by keeping noise at reasonable levels, parking only in approved areas and avoiding conduct that could interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of surrounding homes.
