"Several years ago the BBQ bug bit me and I became quite passionate in the quest to produce some of the best tasting BBQ and sides that I could. After catering some events for friends, and receiving really good feedback, I decided to take the plunge and go for it on a professional level. We had our trailer built towards the end of the summer of 2019 and launched in April of 2020. Each time we go out there is a lesson learned, and with the hurdles that 2020 has thrown everyone, I believe we have weathered the storm and been successful. Since this is a part time adventure, our appearances are limited for the time being, but you can follow us on Facebook for all of our upcoming events."
Our History- Established in 2017
"I started experimenting with smoked meats in 2012, using different types of smokers and techniques. Over time things started to really taste good and we started receiving great feedback from events that we catered for friends. In 2017 we applied for a business and vendor's license. Once we had those we soon realized what an uphill battle getting health department approvals would be. It just felt like when we would gain little momentum, we would end up being pushed back further than we gain. Finally in the summer of 2019 we had our current trailer built. By March of 2020 all equipment was onboard and health department approvals granted. From that point we stopped looking back...."
