Tanesha "Coach Tea" Ingram is a Bronx Native. She is a passionate and result driven nonprofit coach and entrepreneur. Her life's work revolves around nonprofit coaching , youth empowerment and community development.  For decades Coach Tea has designed community programs, mentoring initiatives and movements to build and uplift the Bronx. After gaining her start at The  Bronx Defenders at the age of 17 , she would go on to work with with numerous city agencies and non-profits and gain a plethora of accolades.  

In 2020 she became the co-owner of The Bronx Collab - a community and coworking space in the North Bronx that promotes collaboration, collectiveness and community. As a small business The Bronx Collab assist entrepreneurs through training & mentorship. The Collab is also an epicenter of giving for the North Bronx. Coach Tea and her team facilitate a monthly pantry, operate a resource hub for young women and recently converted a outdoor space into a community garden. To date her small business has assisted over 500 entrepreneurs and served thousands of Bronxites via their community pantry.  

Coach Tea believes that , Learning can happen anywhere  and teaching can come from anyone. She is a mother , mentor, writer and healer. She is committed to transforming the lives of youth, communities and businesses in The Bronx.

Shawn Wilson, is a Bronx native who stands as the eldest among seven siblings. Armed with determination and academic accomplishments, Shawn holds both an Associate's and Bachelor's Degree from Johnson and Wales University. His journey toward greatness has only just begun, and he is already making a significant impact in his community. Passionate about giving back, Shawn has embraced philanthropy and community service as a way of life, realizing that his net worth is intertwined with his network. Currently, he is ambitiously pursuing two ventures: a beverage business and a Financial education business. What sets him apart is his strong belief in the importance of financial literacy for low-income and underserved communities, a crucial aspect often overlooked by traditional schools. Shawn's supporters share unwavering faith in his potential to achieve phenomenal things, and with such backing, there's no doubt he will leave a lasting positive impact on the lives of many. As he strives to make his mark, Shawn Wilson is poised to inspire and uplift countless individuals along the way.
