   Any content you provide to The Brainiac, including but not limited to feedback, suggestions, or comments, will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By providing such content, you grant The Brainiac a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content.

   The Brainiac reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitute your acceptance of the new terms.

5. Termination of Service:

   The Brainiac reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Intellectual Property:

   All content included in the app, such as text, graphics, logos, images and other material, is the property of The Brainiac or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary rights.

7. Limitation of Liability:

   In no event shall The Brainiac or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the app; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

   These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
