If in the case you need to cancel your booking within 48hrs of your appointment, or no show, 100% of the treatment cost will be charged to the card on file.

Please let me know if you are running late to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be cancelled/cut short and you may still be charged.

Booking via the system you’re required to enter your card details which will be stored securely. This is acting as security for your appointments booked.

Your card on file will not be charged unless in the event you cancel last minute or no show.

Booking via DM you also will be sent a secure link to enter your details. Without this step your appointment is not secure and may be taken by another client!

If you need to rearrange for any reason please let me know 48hrs prior to your appointment.

For all new clients please ensure you book a patch test 24hrs prior to any lash/brow services involving tiny or adhesive. Please note if a patch test is not booked your appointment is not secure and you may still be charged!
